Grand Residence

This home was built in 1987, and is a beautiful tudor style estate. We helped the homeowners rearrange the floorplan to meet their modern needs for entertaining and everyday life. The original kitchen was transformed into the "Pool Kitchen". It can act as a bar, a caterer’s quarters, or as snack storage for kid pool parties. The main kitchen was created in the original media room. We opened the wall between the media room and the main living room to create a more grand space for entertaining guests. This project was awarded Best Kitchen nationally in Luxe Magazine's Red Awards in 2023 and a Georgia Design Bronze Award in 2023.
