Lake Claire Residence

This project began as a blank slate. We worked to incorporate craftsman-inspired details into this new build, but it still did not have nearly the character of the older home this family had left behind. As a result, we mixed antique furnishings with new pieces and layered in art alongside their existing collections to create a layered and cozy feel. Wallpaper, window treatments, and a few small finish details (backsplash, built-ins, etc.) were added to give more architectural weight to the house itself.
